RETURN POLICY
If you wish to return products, to be eligible for a return you must contact HANDMGLASS.NET within 30 DAYS from the date that you receive the item for an RMA (Return Material Authorization) to be issued.

Products must be unused and in the same condition that they were shipped to you. The return must include the original packing slip to be accepted. After receiving your RMA, item can be shipped to Burco.

Kindly take the following steps as appropriate to help us assist you promptly.



WRONG ITEM OR DAMAGED ITEM RECEIVED RETURNS:

1. If you do not receive the exact correct item you ordered or the item arrived damaged, kindly contact us in your earliest convenience and we will process your return and exchange for FREE.

2. If you wish to get a refund instead of an exchange, a full refund will be issued within seven business days.



WRONG PURCHASE RETURNS:

1. If you purchased a wrong item, kindly contact us within 14 DAYS from the date that you receive the item.

2. Buyer pays for return shipping charges. Product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.

3. For an exchange for the correct part, additional shipping charges will be required. Additional product charges may be required.

4. If you wish to get a refund instead, once we have received and inspected the item a refund will be processed less 25% restocking fee.

5. SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES NOT REFUNDABLE.

6. If you no longer need the item you purchased, kindly ship the part back to us within 14 DAYS from the date that you receive the item. A refund will be processed less 25% restocking fee.
